Case Analysis:
The produced water in the third treatment plant of a certain gas production plant, adopts the treatment method of reinjection into the formation, and the adopted technical route used is "separation - sedimentation process ", due to the continuous deterioration of produced water quality, the influent suspended solids (SS) and oil content have exceeded the design value, can not meet the reinjection standard, our company's equipment -the nano ultra-clean screening and purification device can achieve the purpose of removing suspended solids and oil through a pure physical method improve the treatment index of the produced water, and meet reinjection standards
According to the quality of the produced water from the third treatment plant, the two-stage filtration technology of nanoscreening membrane is currently adopted to intercept and remove macromolecular substances such as suspended oil, suspended solids, colloids and particles in the water.
The testing equipment consists of the following parts: an air flotation tank, a first-stage nanoscreening purification device, a second-stage nanoscreening purification device, a flushing tank and an intermediate transfer tank. The air flotation tank is used for preliminary oil removal, the first-stage and second-stage purification devices are for further oil and suspended solids removal, the intermediate transfer tank serves as a connection buffer tank for the effluent from the first-stage and second-stage nanoscreening purification devices, and the flushing tank can heat the water in it to flush the first-stage and second-stage devices.
